Short Information

As a graduate in B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons), Specialized in Biotechnology (Second Class Upper Division), Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, I am keen to share and apply this knowledge to the academic field. Currently, I am occupied at Wycherley international school, and I am teaching Grade 9 Chemistry/Cambridge and O/L Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)/Sri Lankan curriculum. Since 2018, I was teaching in Lyceum International School (Advanced Level, Agricultural Science), Sri Lanka. And also I was the Chief Subject Coordinator/Chief Examiner of Agricultural Science for whole Lyceum international schools network. During my degree period I have come across with related subjects . Furthermore, I did my in-plant training in the field of Microbiology, Food Science and Chemical Laboratories at Sri Lanka Standards Institution. There also I gained knowledge as well as hands on experience at my training establishment for six months. Besides, I’m sure, the experience I gained as a demonstrator for more than one year at the department of Biotechnology and Department of Bio-Systems Technology, Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka also applicable for this. I conducted sessions on Biochemistry, Molecular Laboratory Techniques, Chemistry, Cell and Biomolecules, , Environmental Biotechnology, Biotechnology for Horticulture like subjects there during one year of time period. Moreover, I have awarded as the Best Presenter at "In-plant Training Presentation Forum, Department of Biotechnology, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka", March 2016. Since I’m very much interested and I’m enjoying academic field, I adamantly believe this will be a second to none opportunity for me if you could grant me to join with you.
